INS ADJUSTER OFFERED 1000.00$ FOR DAMAGES . HOW SHOULD I PURSUE THIS TO GET MY MED AND PAIN AND SUFFERING DAMAGES. WILL I HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO COURT?
