His reason was because I didnt have one of the medications I take in my system and I had an extra type of medication in my system that he never gave me mind you I was involved in a accident where a drunk driver hit me and I lost my leg on the spot last year now I cant get no medication I'm in massive pain and having withdrawals they just stopped me like I was a bum off the street no warning and on the day I was due for refill...
