There simply isn't enough information in your question. What "negligence" of the anesthesiologist are you referring to? The wrong dose? Failing to monitor vital signs? Who was injured - your wife or the baby? If you have solid information that the anesthesiologist erred in some way and it caused injury either to your wife or the baby, get a copy of the medical records and make an appointment to see a med mal lawyer asap.
